Village Green Parking operates a single parking lot at 1675 N Freedom Blvd, Provo, UT 84604, and sells parking passes for it through this app and website. Questions about anything here go to info@villagegreenparking.com.

When you buy a pass: the name that goes on the pass, your email address, and, only if you choose to give it, your mobile number. We record what you bought, when, and how much it cost.

Payment: card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep the card brand and last four digits so a purchase can be matched to a receipt.

When you sign in: your email address, used to send you a six-digit code and to show you the passes bought with that address. There is no password.

At the gate: the time your pass was scanned in, so it cannot be used twice.

Usage: anonymous, aggregate page analytics with Fathom. If you arrived from a Google ad, a first-party cookie keeps that click so it still counts after Stripe-hosted checkout, and a Google Ads conversion tag records the completed purchase. Google receives a hashed copy of your email (and phone, if you gave one) so it can attribute the sale. Fathom stays anonymous and is not used for advertising.

To sell you a pass, deliver it, let you find it again, admit you at the gate, and support you if something goes wrong. If you opted in to text reminders, we also text you before each game you hold a pass for. Nothing here is sold. A completed purchase is reported to Google Ads so we can tell whether an ad led to a sale.

Only the services that make the above work: Stripe (payments), Google (the Ads conversion tag), our email and text-message providers (sending your pass, your sign-in code, and reminders), our wallet-pass provider (if you add the pass to Apple Wallet), and our hosting and database providers. Each gets only what it needs for that job. We also disclose information when the law requires it.

Reminder texts are opt-in and never required to buy a pass. Reply STOP to any of them to stop receiving them. Message and data rates may apply.

Purchase records (orders, passes, and receipts) are kept as business and tax records. You can delete your sign-in account at any time from My Tickets; that removes your ability to sign in, and the record of what was already bought stays, because it is the receipt for a completed sale.

Email us at info@villagegreenparking.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Delete your account yourself from My Tickets. Stop texts by replying STOP.

This is a parking checkout for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
